This specimen size Sarracenia purpurea ssp. purpurea (Ft. Nelson, BC Canada) is one of the rarest location data clones of S. purpurea in cultivation to date. (Fort Nelson is currently known as the furthest north-western location of these plants.) This plant was germinated from seed by Mike Wang. 

*Plants of these genetics can be extremely challenging to grow if you are unable to give them severe temperature drops for dormancy. This plant is recommended for experienced growers.*
